Ottumwa Housing Authority is requesting proposals for Tuck Pointing Phase #1 at Westgate Towers 910 West Second Street, Ottumwa, Iowa. Approval process will require approval by Ottumwa Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.

Proposal must be labeled “Tuck Pointing Westgate Phase #1” and is due September 6, 2024 by 12:00 noon and in strict accordance with the Specifications for and Addenda thereto, including Forensic Investigation Report dated 11/29/2023, available from Ottumwa Housing Authority, which are incorporated in the bid and Contract by reference and made a part hereof.

Detailed registration and insurance requirements are found here as well. Davis-Bacon Labor Standards apply. Ottumwa Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Section 3 Guidelines are required.
