Request for Proposal for Replacement of Privacy Fence at Family Sites
This is an invitation to submit a proposal to Ottumwa Housing Authority for replacement of privacy fence with steel posts at the following sites. Please prepare proposals separately for each site in Ottumwa, Iowa, as listed:
- 1102-1120 Elm Court,
- 223-229 Fairview Avenue,
- 302 Summitt Street Apt 2-12,
- 1105-1115 Jay Street,
- 808-814 N Fellows Avenue,
- 103-149 Taft Circle & 125-127 Taft Avenue
Proposals must be submitted separately per site and labeled as:
- Privacy Fence Elm Court 2026
- Privacy Fence Fairview Avenue 2026
- Privacy Fence Summitt Street 2026
- Privacy Fence Jay Street 2026
- Privacy Fence Fellows Avenue 2026
- Privacy Fence Taft Circle & Taft Avenue 2026
Proposals are due February 23, 2026, by 4:00 p.m. at Ottumwa Housing Authority Administrative Office, 935 West Main Street, Ottumwa, Iowa 52501. A walk-through is scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026, and will begin at 103 Taft Circle @ 11:00 a.m.
